Wedding Investment
Pearl
This will include eight hours of coverage! These hours will contain images of both sides of the wedding party getting ready, full coverages of ceremony and reception, wedding party images, family images, and intimate images of bride and groom.

FAQ about Weddings
How do you photograph weddings?
I love being apart of all the excitement leading up to your wedding day. I can help you make a schedule to help make your day go more smoothly, plan the best moments for the couple photos, suggest the different lighting... and it's really exciting for me to receive photos of your dress, shoes, Invitations, etc! On your wedding day, I love being by your side to help you in anyway I can! All I want to capture is the feelings, the mood, the emotions, the calm and crazy moments and all the details that make your wedding unique to YOU. That's why I decided to photograph non-traditional and laid-back wedding.
Where are you based and do you travel?
I'm based in Barbourville, Kentucky and yes I love to travel! If you want me to photograph your story, it will require a travel fee, depending on where it takes place. So let's pack a bag and fly! I love capturing all the special moments!
When will we get our photos?
Your will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within 3-6 months (sometimes it all depends on the season I photograph your story). You can download all the photos from the gallery but also share them, choose your favorites, and can order as many prints as you want!
How many pictures will we receive?
I returned all images from all moments during your day! It is my goal to make sure you relive your whole wedding day when you receive your gallery! Depending on which wedding packages you choose (4,6, 8 hours coverage) in the past I have delivered between 500 to 1500 fully edited images. I always choose quality rather than quantity and that's why I will choose the best and more significant photos to tell your story.
Additional Information
Travel Fees
Any session located 30 miles from Barbourville, KY will be charged a travel fee!
Reschedule Policy
If a client needs to reschedule session they must do within 48 hours of the session time. If the retainer has been paid to hold your session, the session can be rescheduled one time by the client with no additional retainer required. Exceptions to Reschedule Policy include sickness, accidents or other unforeseen circumstances.
A $20 rescheduling fee must be paid to reschedule.
Cancelation Policy
If a client cancels, or fails to show, at least 48 hours / 2 week prior to the date of the PHOTOSHOOT / WEDDING, all payments made to Ashlynn Senters will be forfeited and the client will be charged
$40 / $200 cancellations fee.
No call/show clients will not be rescheduled. This applies to clients who have booked their session with us directly, and clients who have won their session through a giveaway.
Retainers and Payments
Retainers paid in order to book your session are deducted from the total price of your desired package. Retainers are non-refundable. Retainers are used to book and hold your date and time.
Payments paid to Ashlynn Senters can be refunded to the client if they choose to cancel their session within 48 hour / 2 week notice. (Not including the non-refundable retainer) Please allow up to 60 days for refund payment.
Work Product
All photographs will be shot in digital format.
For a regular photo session, Digital photos will be made available on a private online gallery available for download no later than 3 weeks after the shoot date.
For a Wedding session, sneak peeks will be posted on Facebook randomly and digital photos will be made available on a private online gallery available for download. Photographer has 3-6 months edit time.
